Availability of jewellery is on “First Come First Serve” basis. The sooner you reserve, the more options you get. We recommend booking at-least 8 – 10 weeks in advance for wider availability of choice.

Our rentals are fixed and not on per day basis. 4-Day period is provided only for convenience and saves worries from pre and post event hassles. However, you can rent for a longer period upto 7-Days at no additional cost based on our prior written consent depending upon the availability.

You are required to pay the Rent (Usually 8-10% of Value) and a Refundable Deposit (25% of Value). Rent is payable upfront at the time of booking. For Refundable Deposit you have the option to pay upfront or at-least 10 Days prior to the delivery of Jewellery.

You need to courier the jewellery back post use. We send you return address label and 3D secure packaging and for hassle-free return of jewellery. In select cities (Pune & Pimpri-chinchwad ), doorstep collection facility is available at a charge of Rs 200. Kindly check with us to know more about return pick-up service in your location.

To Shipping:

Shipping is complimentary for all orders over Rs 1,000. Flat shipping charge of Rs 100 is payable for orders less than Rs 1,000.

Return Shipping:

Home collection (currently available in Pune /Pimpri- Chinchwad) is chargeable at Rs 200. Else you can courier the jewellery back to us by paying courier charges (approximate cost is Rs 100 – Rs 200 depending upon weight).

For all orders over Rs 10,000, return shipping is complimentary and these charges are reimbursed along with the refund of deposit.

Deposit amount is refunded to your bank account with-in 2 working days of return of Jewellery. We DO NOT charge for damages like stone coming off, minor jewellery breakages, etc. except for complete loss of jewellery or major damage eg. breakage of jewellery in pieces that cannot be repaired.

We guarantee you get the exact same jewellery as displayed online. Our jewellery is designed and manufactured in-house with attention even to minute detail. For your assurance, we send you live images of jewellery before shipping.
